The restorer of mechanical and automatic gear-boxes and reduction gears creates a protective layer of the cermet on the working surfaces of gear teeth, on bearings friction surfaces, on bushes and guides of a gearing mechanism. The protective layer increases the details service life, the transmissions switch becomes easier and more accurate. During the process of the gear-box working it results the restoration of the geometry of gear teeth gearing surfaces, the decrease of the radial clearance in bearings. Also it results the decrease of noises and vibrations levels.

The scheme of processing |
TREATMENT STEPS:
1. To lift a car with the car elevator or put it on the pit. To unscrew the inspection plug of a gear-box or an axle. To stir thoroughly the bottle contents (20-30 sec).
2. To put a plastic tube on a lubricating gun. To fill the lubricating gun with the bottle contents.br>
3. To pour the lubricating gun's contents into the unit through the inlet port. If the bottle contents has not fit the lubricating gun repeat the procedure. Screw the plug on its place.
4. To pull the car down and start the exploitation immediately. During the first hour of drive avoid engine rotation of more then 3000 RPM. In case of treatment of mechanical and automatic gear-boxes it is recommended to use all the transmissions and to break with the engine at all transmissions during the first hour of drive (exploitation in urban mode).
